Gary Eyring is a co-owner of Strategic Debt Resolutions, L.L.C, which he founded with Karen Tuff in April, 2009. Prior to that, in 1994, they taught and utilized a model for building Performance through Trust and Openness that was developed over the past 50 years by Will Schutz, Ph.D.,

Gary was responsible for building the business base with companies such as Boeing, CH2M Hill, SPEEA, Hexcel Structures, CB Richard Ellis, REI, and Samsung. He has acted as a mentor to a variety of leaders within these organizations.

Prior to his consulting practice, he spent 25 years in the sale and marketing of securities and investment advisory services for a variety of Wall Street firms, Gary developed a strong ability to forecast economic and societal trends.  His continued interest in forecasting led him to join a management consulting organization that focused on enhancing management skills in order to improve financial performance. The Open Organization has become the outcome of his career and life experiences.

Recently, with the economic cycle affecting the lives of people from all walks of life, he decided to join Karen Tuff in developing Strategic Debt Resolutions, becoming an advocate for helping people stay in their homes and alleviate the financial pressure affecting their lives

Gary’s work integrates the behavioral changes resulting from interpersonal skills training with performing real time work to achieve financial success.   Gary holds a MBA in finance and organizational development from Brigham Young University.
