After 11 years as a licensed Loan Originator, I created Strategic Debt Resolutions, LLC also known as Strategic Loan Mods in March 2009. My passion, advocacy and experience rose from the economic conditions I went through personally starting around June 2007 as a self-employed business owner and real estate investor. I could not re-finance, sell or restructure my real estate loans fast enough as my income streams retracted at a fast pace. Out of my own stressful experience, I knew I could bring my strong business and finance background to help other people going through the same difficult journey and offer hope and a trusting partnership in seeking options.
Since 1994, I co-founded, managed and have been a trainer/ consultant with The Open Organization www.theopenorganization.com. This successful consulting and management training company teaches teams and individuals within organizations how to build trust, openness, accountability and transparency. I bring these business systems and relationship-based practices into the modification and debt settlement arena, recognizing how critical these principles are in dealing with Homeowners nationwide.
At Strategic Debt Resolutions, we have built an organization where ALL our associates/ consultants share these business and interpersonal values. We understand the sensitive nature and special challenges working with clients seeking stability in these economic times. Our biggest flaw is we care so much for our client's predicament, that we will do whatever it takes to succeed for our clients since each client becomes part of our own team.
