Strategic Loan Mods, LLC is a network of real estate professionals, lenders, brokers, attorneys and other committed individuals working together to stabilize the housing market and provide relief to homeowners nationwide.

Our mission is to provide excellent customer service throughout the modification process while driving for the best possible home loan the attorneys and lenders can negotiate.
 
The co-founders of Strategic Loan Mods, Karen Tuff and Gary Eyring, have owned a Management and Training company
www.theopenorganization.com since 1994, specializing in building emotional intelligence. The skills taught to individuals, teams, and corporations focus on how to build openness, trust, transparency and accountability in interpersonal relationships. In addition, Karen Tuff is also a Licensed Loan Originator and has been in the lending industry since 2002.

We provide and encourage transformational training and skills development within our network to better facilitate the Homeowner through the modification process. We understand the vulnerability and the need for creating a trusting relationship with each Homeowner.

Our website has information available to educate our clients and the public about how to better cope and succeed in the changing economic environment.

Our contract service provider which is a real estate networking organization specializing in the loan modification and debt settlement industries since early 2007 and has been the leader in using outsourced legal assistance for loan modifications. They hire and manage our attorney firms who are licensed to practice law in approximately 48 states. These legal teams negotiate directly with the lender on behalf of the Homeowner. Each case that is accepted is an exclusive contractual agreement between the client and the attorney, who then focus on the particular hardship and the lender, servicer, or investors involved.

We have access to a national network of attorney firms that not only specialize in loan modifications, but also practice loss mitigation and real estate law. We have the capability to place loan modifications with attorneys that are multi-lingual. We evaluate each Homeowner's individual hardship and financial position. If the case is accepted, they then recommend the best legal team to work with the file and the lender(s) involved.
